INSTRUCTION OF USE: Gently shake the canister prior to each use as contents may settle.
For meal replacement – Simply blend, shake or stir 25 g (3 scoops) of Formula 1 with 300 ml of skimmed milk OR 25 g (3 scoops) of Formula 1 with 2 scoops of Shakemate with 300 ml water and enjoy.
